My parents really like this place. They brag about how they're close to a-lot of restaurants and shopping. At the same time they're remote enough that they don't have a-lot of traffic. They're two bedroom place has enough room for grandkids once every blue moon.

I especially like the independent living cottages at Oak Wood Place. There are plenty of rooms and they have nice-sized kitchens. Their food is very good. The staff is terrific, they treated us how we would want to be treated. Cleanliness is excellent too. The location where the community is at is very close to the city of Athens. It has access to transportation if you need it.
